* At roundabout, take second exit on to B3133 [Ettlingen Way] (0.4 miles).
* At roundabout, take first exit on to Central Way (0.6 miles).
* At roundabout, take first exit on to B3133 [Kenn Road] (0.3 miles).
* Bear left (East) on to Davis Lane (0.6 miles).
* Turn right (South) into the Hand Equestrian Centre (0.2 miles).
From the South:
* Leave M5 at J20, keep left on exit ramp towards B3133 / Clevedon / Nailsea (0.3 miles).
* At roundabout, take first exit on to B3133 [Ettlingen Way] (0.2 miles).
* Bear left (East) on to Davis Lane (0.6 miles).
